During my recent trip to Lisbon, I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos, a talented photographer, completely by chance. While exploring the city's historic district, I stumbled upon a small gallery displaying Carlos's stunning work.

Intrigued by the beautiful images, I decided to step inside and take a closer look. Carlos was inside, quietly talking to a client. We struck up a conversation, and I quickly learned that he was not only incredibly talented but also incredibly passionate about his craft.

I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to purchase a picture from Carlos, which he captured using an analog Leica camera in New York City. The photo is a stunning representation of Carlos's talent as a photographer and his unique perspective on the world around him. Owning a photo that was captured using an analog camera also feels special in today's digital age. It reminds me of the beauty and uniqueness of film photography.

Our conversation was full of laughter and joy, and I felt incredibly lucky to have met Carlos. I left the gallery feeling inspired and grateful for the chance encounter.

Even though my trip to Lisbon has come to an end, I know that I will return one day to visit Carlos and see his new work. Our shared love of photography and the city of Lisbon has created a special bond, and I am grateful for the chance to have met such a talented and kind person.
